ABOUT US
The story behind Vidyaara
Vidya, Sanskrit for “Wisdom”, and Ara, Sanskrit for “The Axis of Wheels”, come together in Vidyaara: a structure built to help strategic operators become balanced leaders.
Vidyaara is the structure around what was already happening, the conversations, the mentoring, and the pattern recognition shaped by an intent to help others navigate their corporate journeys.
Every intervention is anchored in actionable frameworks that enable leaders to remain balanced while in high-velocity motion. We don’t focus on surface trends or theoretical mastery. We provide clarity, scale and perspective to lead.
PHILOSOPHY
The Axis of Five Framework (The Ara)
Vidyaara engagements are anchored around the Axis of Five: Career Strategy, Networking, Knowledge, Well-being, and Self-Awareness.
Balance is a dynamic choice
Balance is not a destination. It is a wheel in constant motion. Every spoke needs deliberate attention to keep turning smoothly.
Resilience is fuelled by authenticity
Sustainable leadership does not come from performing strength all the time. It comes from knowing what is true, naming it clearly, and leading from there.
Impact over presence
Value is not measured by hours logged or meetings attended. It is measured by strategic contribution and the quality of decisions made.
Growth requires unlearning
The next level often asks leaders to release the habits that made them successful at the previous one.
You are the architect of your maze
Careers are not just ladders. They are systems of choices, relationships, visibility, and inner clarity.
The Axis of Five, Vidyaara’s proprietary framework for integrated leadership growth
Understand merely wealth, titles, and kin don’t complete a life’s story

Health, friends, passion, learning and faith are also needed for glory
OUR STORY
From discipline to leadership, from leadership to Vidyaara
Kshama’s journey began with discipline, depth, and rigour. As a Chartered Accountant and MBA, she built her early foundation around structure, accountability, and clear decision-making.
Her career moved through some of the world’s most demanding enterprise environments, including Genpact, Bank of America, EY, and Kroll. Across these chapters, she worked close to scale, complexity, transformation, and leadership in action.
Over time, she saw a recurring pattern inside GCCs. Capable professionals were delivering strongly, yet many were still searching for clarity on influence, visibility, balance, and the path to their next level.
Her work also extended outside formal corporate structures. Through school board service, founder mentoring, and startup investing, she kept returning to the same impulse: helping people build capability and turn intent into action.
Alongside her corporate journey, Kshama kept deepening her own practice. Executive coaching, NLP, yoga, design thinking, and reflective leadership became practical lenses for understanding people, performance, communication, and sustainable growth.
Vidyaara was created to bring these worlds together. It exists for professionals who are ready to grow with more clarity, courage, and perspective through community, coaching, structured frameworks, and conversations shaped by lived experience.
