Form responses may be stored in a lightweight customer relationship system, Google Sheets, email, or similar operational tools used by the Vidyaara team. We take reasonable steps to limit access to people who need the information to respond to your enquiry.
Email-only follow-up
Vidyaara uses email as the primary follow-up channel. We do not ask for phone or WhatsApp details through the current website forms.

The website may include links to LinkedIn or other third-party websites. Vidyaara is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those external websites.
Data retention
We keep enquiry and access request information for as long as it is useful for the purpose it was shared, unless a longer retention period is needed for administrative, legal, or operational reasons.
